Maharashtra LLB application process begins today

MH CET Law (*90*): There is important information for all the candidates of Maharashtra who need to do LLB. The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) has began the process of registration for MH CET Law for 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB in Maharashtra. Along with this, the schedule of entrance examination has also been released. Kindly observe all candidates that the application process for MH CET Law (*90*) will be began from nineteenth March (*90*) and twenty fourth March (*90*). All the candidates can apply for LLB course.

The entrance exam of MH CET Law (*90*) will be performed. For this also the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) has released the program of entrance examination. For your info, allow us to inform you that functions for the 5-year LLB course will start from March 19, after which all the candidates will have to appear for the entrance exam on May 17 and 18. On the other hand, college students who need to apply for the 3-year program can fill the application form from March 24 onwards. The entrance exam for the 3-year course will be held on 7th and eighth June (*90*). MH CET Law (MH CET Law Exam (*90*) The examination will be performed on Computer Based (Online Examination).

Eligibility Criteria for MH CET Law (*90*)

For 3 year LLB course:

  • All the candidates who need to apply, they should have commencement diploma from any recognized university for 3 years LLB.

for 5 year course ,

  • The candidates who need to apply for the 5 year course must be at least 12th pass. or pass in a similar examination.
  • General category college students must have secured at least 45 p.c marks in class 12th or equivalent examination.
  • The candidates belonging to SC/ST category have passed the examination by securing 40 p.c marks.
  • OBC candidates will be required to acquire at least 42 percentile.
